quality food

We arrived at 12.28 and placed an order, was told that it would have to be cooked fresh. No worries that was fine. No one waiting at that time. A few minutes later a crowd of about 9 people arrived placed orders then proceeded to have their orders made quickly and happy customer off they go. We still wait. It is now 12.48. The young guy says sorry it will be another 5 minutes waiting on the grill. It is bacon not a whole pig and chicken strips in a wrap. That was it over it. We asked for a refund. Oh pls wait. NO more waiting. Oh here is the order. NO. Money back and stick the KFC. People have lives and that's why we chose fast food. What a joke. Left store at 12.59 and shopped elsewhere.
